    Who am I?

    I am Beth, and I have a genuine passion for helping women in all of life's phases and stages. As a specialist in Women's Health and Hormones from Fertility and Pregancy--all the way through Menopause, for over 15 years, I have some street cred.

    I have combined my passion for education, empowerment, and advocacy with preventative wellness in the form of movement, mindfulness, nutritious food and relationships and run online programs as well as lead international wellness retreats.
